Author: Archimandrite Cyprian Agiokyprianites

Format: paperback

Pages: 113

Written in response to an intemperate attack on the Old Calendar movement by a prominent Orthodox ecumenist, this superbly documented book sets out the historical, canonical, and dogmatic problems raised by ecumenism, and convicts Orthodox ecumenists, in particular, of intolerant fundamentalist attitudes towards those who challenge their assumptions. Father Cyprian also shows conclusively that the World Council of Churches, contrary to the denials of Orthodox ecumenists, does indeed regard itself as an ecumenical “super-church.”
