This honey comes straight from the beehives here at Holy Trinity Monastery. The color and taste vary from year to year, and season to season, depending on the flowers in bloom. The honey is blessed by a priest.

Raw honey is honey in its pure, unheated, unpasteurized and unprocessed form. It preserves all the natural vitamins, essential minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients and other nutritional elements. Raw honey is liquid when it is first harvested from the beehives and gradually becomes creamed honey.
