Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us to return the purchased items in new condition within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All additional shipping costs associated with processing a return or exchange are paid for by the customer.

- Items that are returned to us in unclean or used condition will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to refuse any item returned that is deemed unsellable.

- Washed items are non-returnable. We can only accept non-washed vestments, cassocks, etc.

- Please allow up to 5 business days upon our receipt of a returned item for processing.

- Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

- Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped from the monastery within 2-4 business days. Exceptions:

- Orders containing more than 15 items are shipped in 3-6 business days.

- Bulk candle orders are shipped within 3-16 business days (see specific candle product page for more exact estimate).

- Made-to-order Icons are shipped in 2-4 weeks

These fulfillment estimates do not include the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the package to you once they have it in their possession.

We do not ship on Sundays and Church Feast Days. 

Order Cancellations

We charge a 10% fee for all orders that are canceled by the customer to cover processing, inventory, and labor costs associated with every cancellation.

Lost Packages

We have seen a recent increase in delays from shipping carrier. We wait 7 days after the expected delivery date before filing an insurance claim on your behalf.

In-Store Pickup Policy

If in-store pickup orders are not picked up within 30 days, we cancel the order and charge a 10% restocking fee.
