"Where is my icon order?"
All made-to-order icons take 4 weeks to ship, as mentioned on the product page, due to the handcrafted nature. You will receive an email when they have been shipped.
"I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation."
It's possible you ordered without using an email address. Contact us using the form below to verify if the order went through.
"Do you know when an item will be back in stock?"
We don't have dates when a specific item will be back in stock, but if you submit your email address on the right side of the product page above the green button then we will send you a notification as soon as they arrive.
"I made two orders. Can you combine them so I can save on shipping?"
Our system does not allow us to combine orders. Contact us using the form below to cancel your outstanding orders and then you can place a new order with the items you would like.
"Can I cancel my order?"
We do charge a 10% cancellation fee for orders. Due to dramatically rising costs, we've implemented this fee to keep our general pricing lower. Contact us using the form below to cancel. Read all our policies.
"Can you bless the items in my order?"
In the past, we were able to fulfill this request, but due to a personnel shortage, we no longer are able to bless items. Please ask a parish priest to bless items.
"Why won't my credit card go through? I'm sure it's valid."
The reason is almost always due to the billing zip code you entered not matching what your credit card company has on file. You can retry your order with a new billing zip code.
"Do you ship internationally?"
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to the checkout screen to select your country from the dropdown menu. There you can enter your international address and see the shipping price. (If your country cannot be selected then we do not ship to your country.)
"Which vest, vestment, or skoufia will fit me?"
Unfortunately there is no way for us to verify if a certain size will fit you. Click here for our vestment sizing guide.
