The Horologion, or Book of Hours, is a standard text of the Orthodox Church, containing the complete cycle of daily services according to the old rite, as well as troparia and kontakia for every day of the year.
It is a faithful translation from the standard Slavonic edition of the Old Ritualist Transfiguration Poorhouse of Moscow.
This volume is published in blue, hardcover large format (7” x 10”); 880 pages printed in black & red, designed for ease of use during the church services.

This is my new favorite Horologion. It used the Boston Psalter for the psalms, with some minor changes where the old Slavonic manuscripts differ. This Horologion contains the Troparion and Kontakion of the saints for every day of the year - which is really nice. Some of the more recently canonized saints aren't included, due to the older practice. The binding is, as we've come to expect from Nativity (Old Rite) very solid, the printing is high quality, and I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes, in time, a standard text in English parishes following Slavic practice.
I gave five stars because the order processing, packaging, and shipping was excellent. However, I would not recommend the book as the printing was horrible. The font style, size, color, and spacing were so poorly done that it made it difficult to read.
