One of the most important service books of the Orthodox Church, available in a well-bound large print format. In traditional English using the Psalter as translated by Holy Transfiguration Monastery. This book has the fixed texts for all the daily services of the Orthodox Church, including the inter-hours. Clear rubrics using red ink explain how the form of the services varies between Sundays and weekdays, fasting seasons etc. This edition also includes extracts from the variable texts of the Menaion, Triodion and Pentecostarion.

I've been using the Unabbreviated Horologion from Holy Trinity Monastery for a good while now, and it's just a solid, no-nonsense book. Everything's written out in full—no constant flipping or trying to remember the usual abbreviations—so you can actually follow the Hours, Matins, Vespers, and the rest without getting lost. The large print and red rubrics make it easy on the eyes, and the traditional English with the Holy Transfiguration Psalter feels right. It's the kind of volume that works whether you're at home or in church, and it includes those inter-hours and a few other extras that shorter versions leave out. Really glad I got it.

The hour Logan is one of the greatest Orthodox liturgical books that you can buy. Especially for the priced the amount of stuff you get is incredible. Not only do you get the full Divine liturgy but also Vespers small comp line all of the hours it is beautiful I love it so much it is perfect for if you're trying to learn the services or if you're a veteran of Orthodoxy and you know every single one of them. Either way you will love this liturgical book The only downside is is that not every church with an America uses it so sometimes it's not as good as it could be. But if you're just trying to learn the services it is a beautiful book to have.

The Horologion is essential for a life grounded in the Prayer of the Church and which no one, especially clergy, should be without. The Jordanville edition has been the "Gold Standard" for English speaking Orthodox for a long time and a testament to their ongoing evangelization.

An excellent book for my daily prayer routine. The only "issue" I have with it is that the black print is of a lighter shade than the previous one that I had.
