This pure, raw honey is harvested directly from the beehives at Holy Trinity Monastery by Archdeacon Paisios. The 2024 fall batch features a delightful floral aroma with a balanced, medium robustness, perfect for those who appreciate a refined, natural sweetness. Every jar we sell is blessed by one of our hieromonks.

Our honey is produced without the use of any inorganic chemicals or compounds. It is harvested by hand in its purest form—unheated, unpasteurized, and unprocessed—preserving its essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients. Freshly extracted, it begins as a golden liquid and naturally transitions into a rich, creamy, spreadable texture over time.
